Please choose a date for your mediation from the 18 months indicated in the calendar. Complete the booking form and click “submit request”. Email confirmation will follow by 5 pm on the next business day. Please contact one of our Clerks at (416) 549-5085 regarding questions about on-line booking.

Notice to Clients: If you have not scheduled online recently, you will be asked to register your email address for your own security. On completion of your appointment request form, we’ll remember all your data – including details of lawyers – so that the booking process will be quicker for you on future visits.
